When I think about traveling this summer I am often brought back to the reality of being able to go somewhere by the fact that the dollar is getting killed in the world market right now. It may be better to stay in my local area of Portland, Oregon or try to go somewhere close. I don’t always like writing about how expensive it is to travel but it is the reality of the situation. So how do I get to a cool destination this summer even with the expense factored in. I am thinking that finding last minute flights and cheap hotels is a good way to start. It is strange but there seems to be a lot of inexpensive flights to Europe right now so I am hoping that will last. The point being there is always some way to find a cheap way to travel you just have to look around for the deals.
